Citrix Administrator

Description

We are currently looking for a Citrix Administrator for a project based out of Boca Raton FL. Our client is in the process of on boarding 75 people overseas. The candidate that fills this role will be involved in the following:

50% of role will be focused on Citrix administration. Primary responsibility will be to make sure people have access to their proper applications. They will also need to make sure the health of the Citrix farm is in good standing and license management. Printing through Citrix experience is a must. Along with Citrix knowledge, this person should thoroughly understand Active Directory and how security groups work.

25% of role will be troubleshooting connectivity issues. This person needs to be able to troubleshoot issues where Citrix clients/users cannot access their application(s). This may mean working with different applications and network owners to resolve the issue.

25% of role will be general PC support. This person should have a good understanding of desktop operating systems (Windows 7 and XP) and be able to work independently.
