Description

We are currently looking for multiple consultants to work in our client's 24/7 Operations Center to perform the following duties:

Field emergency (911) calls from company employees and general public regarding power outages.
Update OMS (outage management system) using GIS based data after emergency services are completed and dispatch crews.
Manage and track critical workflows in dispatch center, Understanding of ‘grid-based' location systems (latitude/longitude, etc.).
Rotating schedule and weekend's necessary.
Responsible for telling the crew what devices may have been tripped in what area (single house, transformer, fuse, sectionalizing devices).
Work in a team environment.
