DISCIPLINED METHODOLOGY


Our approach to providing staff augmentation and consulting, is to work with a sense of urgency. We manage each assignment by implementing a series of proven techniques:
Personally meet with the hiring executive and other members of our client organization.
Gain a clear understanding of our client's expectations, the position's responsibilities, and the qualifications and credentials required for the successful candidate.
Respond with a sense or urgency.
Conduct original research to identify prospective candidates, as well as utilize our extensive proprietary database of existing candidates.
Interview, test and assess potential candidates and prepare a concise written analysis of each candidate's qualifications.
Assist clients in selecting the best qualified candidate.
Manage the Negotiations. We believe that our involvement in this area is critical. Minimizing miscommunications and unexpected issues can, frequently, lead to a relationship that exceeds expectations.
Follow up with a Quality Call to the manager on the first, third, and tenth days of the assignment to ensure that the consultant is meeting the client's requirements.
Bi-weekly or monthly (at the client's discretion) Quality Telephone Checks thereafter for the duration of the assignment.
A Quarterly Quality Call Meeting between the manager and our account representative.
A Consultant Evaluation Form submitted to the manager at the end of the assignment.
