Agile Data Analyst

We are currently looking for an Agile Data Analyst for our direct client in Short Hills NJ.  This is a very exciting role for someone who will be supporting enterprise level agile implementations through the use of data, analysis, training and strategy. 

• Candidates should have 1-2 years’ experience working in an agile environment and working with Agile teams.
• The position will involve heavy analysis experience and light PM work (scheduling, planning, status update, reporting etc..).
• Candidates need to love analysis and data and will be responsible for looking at the metrics available and figuring out what to and how to improve.
• Responsible for gathering metrics from different teams and correlating them into useful reports.
• Responsible for scheduling trainings, create dashboards etc…
• Must have a positive, good attitude and the ability and desire to interact with and help other teams.
• Ideal candidate for this role is someone who loves working with data.
• Must be self-motivated, self-starter.

• 5-6 total years of relevant experience.
• Jira would be a plus.
