Work on Large Scale project moving Big Data Platform to Cloud (AWS)
Evolve and govern standards, principles and best practices around Big Data implementations and Cloud Migrations
Work effectively across multiple business units and stakeholder groups
Communicate solutions architecture alternatives and rationales to key stakeholders and project teams
Understand business objectives and suggests technical strategies to meet those objectives
Contribute to business requirement definition and use case design as a technical expert
Convert business requirements into architectural designs and detailed technical designs
Identify tasks, effort and dependencies based on software architecture and specifications
Plan and execute a technology proof-of-concept (POC)
Understand, conform to and participate in enterprise-wide architecture patterns and formal reviews including security and regulatory compliance
Required Skills :
Ability to architect and rationalize Cloud solutions to multiple stakeholders based on business, functional and non-functional requirements

AWS
EMR
S3
Big Data/Hadoop technology /Engineering
Apache Hive
Data warehouse, BI, ETL and reporting tools
RDBMS data modeling and SQL
NoSQL databases
Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills
Effective communication, collaboration, presentation and influencing skills
10+ years of solid IT experience in architecture, data warehousing and large scale implementations
Experience working as a member of a distributed team of technical and domain experts
Excellent one-on-one communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical information in a clear and unambiguous manner to multiple stakeholder groups
