This is an exciting full time Job opportunity with our direct client in East Rutherford, NJ for a Technical Support person who has experience working with Executive level users. 


The client is a prestigious $800 million US based Life Sciences firm with 12 sites around the world.  They are cutting edge company that can provide a strong career path, learning opportunities, and a bright future.


Primary role will be Executive Desktop Support for their (30) executives – most of the support will be basic level such as solving connectivity, sign on, and other desktop application issues.   The right candidate will have the right personality to deal with C-level executives and the experience to match.


Secondary role will be related to Systems Admin. tasks (windows, networks, etc.) , but will not be overly complicated.


The main location will be at the company’s US headquarters in East Rutherford, NJ – there is the possibility of travel once per week to their Parsippany, NJ location.
