We are currently looking for a Senior Java Technical for our direct client in Bridgewater NJ.  Candidates need to have 10+ years of experience, preferably more and possess the following skills:

Technical Lead skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Customer/Business facing
• Accountability for deadlines
• Customer expectations management
• Lead onsite/offshore developers
• Manage work for developers
• Good in overall design and architecture
• Ownership of development
• Capable of handling multiple projects
• Self starter.
• Adept in Agile/Scrum/Kanban process/methodologies
• Have very good troubleshooting skills
• Have experience in supporting production applications or work

Senior Developer skills:

• Very strong Core Java (7/8)
• Object Modelling
• Multithreaded programming
• Spring Framework, Spring Data, Spring Integration, Spring Batch, Spring XD and Hibernate (Big Plus)
• Strong Understanding of Distributed Systems
• Drools (BIG PLUS) 
• Pivotal Gemfire (HUGE PLUS) 
• SAP/JDE integration (Nice to have)
• Agile methodology and or Kanban
• Jenkins, JIRA, JSON, Devops, NO SQL , JDBC, Webservices, REST, XM
